Absolutely use your right hand. Not having to put down the pencil is
one the very rare advantages us leftys have.

Virtually all keyers support B, not quite as many support A. The
difference has to do with whether both the dot and dash self-complete
after each other. I suspect more folks use B than A, but it is largely
what you are used to using. If you learn B and try to use A, you will
probably drop portions of characters.
