[Elecraft] Front Pannel bord (R16, R15)???

You could have left your first solder job on the top of the board alone.=20
The idea of soldering on the bottom of the board is simply to keep your=20
iron away from neighboring components, but the pads are solid through the=20
board. Unless you have created a solder bridge with the unneeded cleaning, =
you are probably just fine. Just look closely, preferably using a=20
magnifying glass.
When you're trying to figure out where the traces are going or what=20
they're doing, look at the schematic. You will see that R15 and R16 on=20
the Front Panel Board are indeed in series (i.e., connected together).
