You have had some good suggestions.  If it has not already been
mentioned I have had good success with DeOxit for cleaning switch
contacts.  RTO Electronics regularly advertises in QST that it repairs
Heathkits.  I believe it has a web site.  If all else fails, you might
contact them.

Healtkit
HW-100.  I have to fiddle with the Band switch to get it just right.
