SV: [Elecraft] Mineral spirits OK for cleaning boards?

Hi Cleaners,
The white residue after cleaning with Isopropanol I "roll off" with
cleaning-up
or toiletpaper that I "let roll" under my fingers and while the roll of
paper rolls over the pc-board it picks up this white stuff .
The pc-board shall still be a bit wet for it to function.
Then if the stn will be used where it is high humidity I may even spray
the board with clear varnish so nothing crazy happens out there in the
wet situation . Like TS120 always in tx-mode out in a boat and could not
get into rx-mode before dried up after three days.
