[Elecraft] K2 internal speaker dead

Harry:
Tune in a signal you can hear with your earphones, remove the earphones,
then check for audio at the speaker plug P5 on the RF board. If there is
no audio there, start tracing backwards in the circuit. The problem spot
should be easy to find. Since you're getting audio to the earphones, it is
likely that the turn-off switch in the earphone jack is not closing when
you remove the earphone plug. (Recall also that there will be no audio to
the speaker while your earphones are plugged in.)
