So I see where if we are intending to operate on the "60 Meter" band that
there's another hoop for us to jump through.
Anything other than a 1/2 wave dipole (which is assumed 0dB gain) will have
to be modeled or otherwise proven to allow no more than 50 Watts ERP in any
given direction.

So, could I build an E-H antenna for the "band" and hit it with 500 MW,
since E-H's don't model that well? (HIHI)
