[Elecraft] KAT2 manual suggestion (R6)

I'm building the KAT2 ATU and have a suggestion for the next revision of 
the manual.  Add a note on page 4, 3rd step that says something like "Do 
not install R6 at this time.  It will be installed later."

I scanned the manual twice looking for references to R6.  Then I 
searched the email archives and the web site.  Only after reading the 
older KAT2 errata did I locate the place in the current manual (rev D) 
where it says to install R6.  Given the importance of leaving it out 
until after preliminary testing, a more prominent note early in the 
construction might be helpful.
