[Elecraft] ksb2 problem

i built k2 03459 basic k2 works fine problem is with ksb2 on instalingksb2my 
adio isvery muted to prove k2 is ok another ksb2 was tried and worked ok 
taking voltage readings on the diodes k2 set up as per manual i fpund the voltages 
way out. eventualy i found a open trace from rfc 1 (rfc)to cap 17  to prove my 
soldering was ok ichecked continuaty from cap 17 to pin 22 u1 this was ok 
rfc1 to cap 6 ok i bridged the open  this restored the corrct voltages to the 
diodes   but adio is still muted taking volts readings on all ics they proved to 
be ok  .except pin 3 ic u4 and pin 5 ic u2 which are comon the  manual says  
0.6 my reading is 5.6v i question this because the other  ksb2  showed  5.6 
also at this point i have checked over and over again for bad work  any 
sugestions would  be apreceated best wishes to all on the net   tom g0 lne
