[Elecraft] Control board Q1, Q2 collector

Adam:
  Q1 and Q2 on the control board are 2n3906s.  The collector, when facing 
the flat side, is to the right.  There are drawings that identify the leads 
of all the transistors in the manual.  In my (now admittedly quite old) 
manual, they are on the first page of Appendix B.
