Hi Dan,
I see that the qth.net archive source quoted does use the hex escape code for
the '@' character everywhere except on place. I am surprised at this too and
will contact qth.net immediately to see what we can do. Its odd that the
archiver misses it in just one place (where it adds it after the subject line.)
