Spectrogram is also useful in calibrating the reference oscillator.  On 
CW, I tuned in WWV using Spectrogram until the 10.0 MHz carrier was 
centered over the 600 Hz marker (my sidetone was set to 600 Hz).  I 
found my display was off by 30 Hz and I was able to easily correct it. 
 My ears have trouble zero-beating WWV on sideband - if only they'd stop 
that incessant ticking while I'm trying to zero-beat (hi hi).
