Cut the plastic strip between the pins and remove each pin separately. 
Then get a replacement connector from Elecraft or a local source and 
install it on the bottom of the board.

If you had a vacuum desoldering unit or even a GC solder popper you 
could probably remove it without damage.  With a solder sucker -- maybe. 
  But the part is so cheap that it's not worthwhile doing this unless 
you are in Antarctica and there will be no mail for six months.
