[Elecraft] working K2

I finished and debugged #3432 about a week ago.  With help from this list
and from Gary at Elecraft, I fixed the CW tone problem I reported a couple
of weeks ago - it wasn't power transformer proximity but VFO ALC voltage way
out of range on the lowest three bands.  I reheated a bunch of solder joints
and tapped three relays.  I've used it for a week now and it's fine.  Thanks
to the several people who offered help!

The 100 W PA board is about 2/3 done.  There's no rush here.  I'm not in the
habit of running more than a few watts, but it seems to be going pretty
fast.

Think I'll get some coffee and see if I can find a Fox.
