[Elecraft] K2 akignment and test, part II

I'm working on the RF board for my K2 #3452 and ran into a problem on the
alignment and test part II.

Just started the test and ran into a problem on the very first.  I connected
the frequency probe to the PLL reference oxcillator test point but instead
of getting a 12090 reading, I got a fluctuating reading around 684.
Themanual says this could be a problem with the probe or the PLL reference
oscillator.

I think the probe is working okay, as it checks out on the other test points
(but frequencies are off somewhat).  I've checked the solder connections in
the reference oscillator area -- all okay.  Anybody have any suggestions?
