[Elecraft] Elecraft Northwest CW Net report

Thank you for all the folks who checked in to the Elecraft Northwest Net this evening.  Since 14050 kHz was occupied I moved the net to 14055 kHz.  VE1RGD has the 
honor of being the first check in to a brand new net :)  Thanks for your kind words.  Then came W0CZ.  You were quite weak I am sorry I could not get your 
comments.  And lastly N5IB.  You were the strongest contact I had this evening.  

Thank you to each and every one for bearing with me and with the weak conditions.  Next week I will try this again and hopefully learn from what I did wrong this time

To any who I missed, I am sorry but I was trying to hear each and every dit out there and must have missed yours.  I will try again next week and I will attempt to get
