[Elecraft] Whew! 1st alignment 100%

Actually that is the selling point of this rig to the XYL you CAN fix
it.

As far as I can tell the most expensive part is about $40.00 (Unless
you pop the finals on the KPA100).

My boss just had to send his fairly new (still in warranty) IC-756Pro
II back to Icom for repair and it cost him $40.00 just for the shipping
plus he gets to wait a few weeks for them to fix it (parts on back
order???)

That pretty much sold me on the K2 alone.

Now if you really want to make the K2 sound fantastic with SSB do the
2.5 Kc Mod. What a difference in the receiver audio.

This radio sounds great with it's internal speaker.
