You don't say how you plan to feed the wire.

If you run ladder-line to the middle, no RF ground or radials will be needed
or wanted. If you end-feed it, you'll need to wait for a better answer, but
I'm sweating and getting sore hands just thinking about what that answer
will be.

I got a nasty RF burn on my lip (why do they call the D-104 a "lillipop"?)
in the late 70's from an End-fed antenna with poor (er, ah, missing) ground
system, and have run balanced antennas (and mostly CW too!) ever since!
