[Elecraft] Spectrogram

How can I get instructions on the step by step procedure to use =
spectrogram. I would buy it if I had some way to evaluate it.
You can download it but I haven't a clue on how it works.
Does it come with instructions that only an engineer will understand??? =
or none at all.
