[Elecraft] PC software used with K2: updated info needed for manuals

If you've installed a KIO2 or KPA100 and are using computer control, you
probably used the table in the manual that describes how to set up various
software applications for use with the K2. Some of these programs provide only
limited or indirect support of the K2--or at least they did when the manuals
were written.

We are usually notified by the programs' authors if and when they add K2
support. But not always. If you have recent experience with one or more
programs, I'd appreciate your help in identifying any present inaccuracies.

Please send me any corrections in the next day or two if possible. I'd like to
get an updated master list onto our web site.
