Just finished K2 #3433 with about the same options.

Basicly, you build the basic K2 first. There are points in during the build 
where you are prompted to put in connectors and componets from aditional 
modules if you have them.

Once built, tested and set up, you start adding the modules; on board jumpers 
are removed and piggyback boards are inserted.

As to the order of adding the modules, this matters not but I found it logical 
to do the K160M first followed by KAT2. The order matters not in the 
slightest on the others....
