[Elecraft] 40m low sig: is C4 supposed to short to L1 case?

of BOTH C4 and L1 as common and connected to ground (The case of L1 is =

grounded).  That would explain the very weak (attenuated) signal at this
point.

I would recheck all diodes in the TR switch (Center of this same =
drawing)
and make sure they are installed properly.
(You didn't forget to install the W1 AD W6 jumpers (or they might be =
zero
ohm resistors) did you?)
