Hmmm.  I use a  CAVS Shuttlepro with my Digital Audio Workstation software.
I never thought to try it out with ham radio control.  Besides the
jog/shuttle dial and the shuttle ring, there are 13 programmable buttons.  I
use it with Windows softare (it also works with Mac) and although I don't
have a K2 to try it out on (I'm in the K1 stage right now)  I wonder how
this would work ? ? ?   They also make a smaller, more affordable Space
Shuttle A/V controller.  They work with many music/video programs, but they
can also be easily set up to work with any windows program which uses
keyboard shortcuts.
