I just bought one of these two days ago and I agree that it's an 
excellent value. The overall fit and finish is very good.  The jaws line 
up accurately.  All moving parts move without binding or excessive play. 
   The clamp-on swivel base is solid and very stable.  The rubber jaws 
are removable and it looks like the underlying metal jaws could be 
drilled and tapped to take other jaw materials (hard plastic, brass, 
etc.) It's not quite the equal to a Panavise, but it seems to be of 
higher quality than the usual Harbor Freight stuff.

(I have nothing against Harbor Freight, but I've found you have to be 
careful about what you're buying there.  Some items are good quality and 
some are junk.  Fortunately, we have a store locally where I can see and 
handle the actual product before I buy it.)
