[Elecraft] Cheap PCB Holder & Pliers/Cutters

      I ran into a cheap PCB Holder today at Harbor Freight.  It is 
described as a Multi-Angle Vise and Drill Clamp.  The Part No. is P-40538 
and it sold for $19.99 plus tax.

      It clamps onto the desk, swivels to about any angle you want and the 
jaws open to 4-inches.  The jaws have removable rubber covers but 
underneath the rubber, the jaws are flat (no groves to grip the board.)  It 
also has a circular clamp you can use to hold your hand-held power drill 
for sanding, grinding, or polishing small items.

      You can find the nearest Harbor Freight store on their web site but

      I also picked up a set of six small pliers/cutters.  It was part 
number 31675 and sold for $8.99 plus tax (Item 31675-1VGA on the web site 
for $9.99)  Each of them have insulated, non-slip grips and are spring loaded.

      The plier set contains one each of the following:

5-3/4 inch Needle Nose
4-3/4 inch Bent Nose
4-3/4 inch Flat Nose
4-3/4 inch Long Nose
4-1/4 inch Diagonal Cutter
4 inch End Nipper

      Not premium tools in either case but definitely affordable.
