That is right, just remember that +/- one count is important and cannot be
overlooked by anyone splitting hairs to get things 'just right'.
That is just one quirk this digital stuff - be careful or you can see things
that are not really there in that last digit (or said another way - 'Know
your equipment and its limitations')

| Here's another way to calibrate the 4MHz oscillator. Many frequency
| counters have a reference oscillator output (usually 10MHz) available.
| Put the K2 in freq counter mode. Apply the 10MHz reference oscillator
| to the K2 counter input. Adjust the 4Mhz K2 oscillator until the K2
| LCD reads 10MHz (or whatever your ref osc freq is). This should get
| the K2 to whatever accuracy the reference is +/- one count.
