[Elecraft] K2 RF board resistance check - RYCOM

Thanks guys.  I cut around the top of the C207 pad, and that did the 
trick.  After patching the cut runs on the bottom, all resistance tests 
pass fine.  I just hope that there aren't any more of these on other 
pads.  Time will tell; meanwhile it looks like 3632 is back on track!
