Hello Charles,

RYCOM goes to the 160 meter option for relays RXRY and 160 RY.
This line "floats" more or less.
Since you are seeing 500 Ohms, and coils are 250 Ohms, then one
of the other relays drive lines is shorted to ground.  Check all
K1 - K17 control lines for shorts, then trace that to the fault.
