[Elecraft] K2 RF board resistance check - RYCOM

I'm building K2 s/n 3632, and I've just reached the RF board resistance 
checks on page 36, last step.  All are fine except for U1 pin 4 (K13 
control.)  Instead of >20 k, I have 500 ohms.  All the U1 relay drive 
pins show about this same resistance.  The relay coils themselves show 
about 250 ohms.  I assume therefore, that the problem lies between 
RYCOM and ground.  Looking at the schematic, I can't find where RYCOM 
goes to determine what components to check for my error.  Any 
suggestions?
