[Elecraft] FW: Build sequence on K2 & Accesories

Definitely build the KPA100 before the KAT100.  I did the reverse and found
I could not complete the antenna tuner without the KPA100 or the KPSK.
Since you did not get the KPSK, you cannot use the tuner without finishing
the KPA100 first. Or so I read the manuals.
