[Elecraft] DSP usage

I agree with Earl and find the "30" decay setting
to be about right for the CW  NR. I have CF1 and
CF2 "stock" with CF3 set to 150 Hz BW and CF4
to 50 Hz. Using CF3 and 4 with a 200Hz IF bandwidth
is just about ideal IMHO.
