[Elecraft] museam ships results

I helped activate the USS Orleck in Orange, TX this past weekend.  Used =
the call KD5ULS.  All together we worked 18 Museam Ships 12 of which I =
got.  We spent 3 days aprx 14hrs a day until the last one only 6hrs.  I =
did try a lil CW but most activity was on 20M SSB.  Humidity down here =
is very high in southeast TX.  The temperature stayed around 91degrees =
inside the big metal ship even at midnight.  Using k2/100 running on one =
frequency I made 316 contacts, during which the heat sink could of =
doubled for grilling hamburgers.hihi had a few interference problems =
when we ran on the same band. Had 2 radios in same compartment and 3 =
Dipoles all in a row in the rigging of the ship  I did manage to get 2 =
k2 serials KD5TXD 3804 from kingsville tx and K5JAZ 2535 from la.  This =
was my first time working a pileup which was neat because I had DX =
hunting me.  I got 4 stations from Germany, 1 Greece, 10 or so Canadians =
you get the picture.  One last thing the K2 never locked up on me, =
though my hand did after writing down so many calls and citys and signal =
reports hihi.
