[Elecraft] BFO Mod and PLL upgrade problem, receiver deaf like a stone

Hello Don

I finaly get the CAL PLL run now. The K2 needs about
6-8 minutes to end with the "BeeP" and END on the display.

I have also good readings at TP1 and TP3, so the counter probe should be o.k. 
Also at TP2.

But the receiver is still deaf.

I didnt install the new C174, because I think I dont have s solenoidal L33.

But I did replace the old L31 with the new L31.

Will check the soldering points again.
