If you have not upgraded the trimmers in the KFL1-4 (and have the 
original model), you should do so.  With the original trimmers, it 
needed aligned very frequently.  You need:

> KFL1-4TRIMKIT
>  KFL1-4 Trimmer Cap. Upgrade with caps. (Included in current K1-4 and 
> KFL1-4 kits.)

Of course, if you have a newer K1, this may not be the problem
