Yes, I have used the $20 RASCAL kit for PSK31 at home and on a sailboat at 5
watts.  It worked great on 20m at sea with my K2 #204, and it also served to
receive HF Fax wind, wave, and weather charts (I used WXSAT software).

The kit has everything you need, even solder.  All connections are isolated,
and there is an LED to show TRANSMIT.  You can make the leads the best
length to fit your needs.  You probably could not obtain the parts from
retail outlets at a better price.  It works great and is quite good value at
this price.
