[Elecraft] Switching power-supply & K2

Hello elecrafters,
 I think i can answer the question myself.
 Today, I looked at the voltage of the power supply
 with an oscilloscope.

 It does *not* look like DC, it looks like the teeth of a saw.

I believe that this is the reason why the K2 refuses to work.

I�m not quite sure if I can charge the battery with that supply. Any
ideas?

I�m quite sure that i *can not* run the K2 with that supply.

Now thinking about a way to "tame the waves". Or should I say: pull
out the teeth? Any suggestions? Any dentists around?
