[Elecraft] k-1 problem....

hello, fellow k-1lovers, i have a problem, My k-1#67 (I did"t build It) the 
problem is, let me back up, this is a k-1 4 bander /w tuner . The problem is, I 
can't  get it to tune on 20 meters, i get the message..P0.1and Plo and thats 
all  I get.Background, Im a new general,with very little electronics and 
typing back ground as you can tell. tnx  Randy   Owen KD7VIU      2nd question,as a 
long haul truck driver, (auto transportation) and I only run cw. will i be 
happy with a k-2 with only 20 wts ,running a high-Q stelth antenna? it worked 
really well with a 100 wts radio, but i have found a k-2 to buy and it is only a 
20 watt machine, also the radio i found is in th 2700 serial # is it going to 
cost alot to up grade the radio , or would i never know the difference, 
betewn it and a new k-2? and he wants 1300 dollars for it , or is there any one out 
there wanting to sell a k-2 ? im looking really hard, for a good, dependable 
strong awsome mobile kickbut  machine..tnx for any advice for this ne
