[Elecraft] PLL Oscillator Range Test

Hi Gang,

On page 57, the range test yielded 12089.95 ref high freq. and 12085.16 =
ref low freq. a range of 13.79.
This is .79 out of spec.  I will have to go with the third option on set =
up and leave C22 at it's mid point for now.  Is the .79 out of spec =
range a result of this and it's ok to move on or should I spend time =
troubleshooting?  If I should troubleshoot, where do I begin, I looked =
at the troubleshooting section and inspected the suggested parts, but =
then what?
