[Elecraft] Help: Problems with Optical Encoder

After several months of successfull operation I have encountered a problem
with my K2. My optical encoder appears to be stuck or frozen. When I turn
the knob, the display will rock between 1 hz, ie, 14295 and 14296 but
esentially remains stuck in this area. I don't hear any frequency noise that
accompanies the movement of the VFO and all other buttons on the front panel
appear to operate correctly. Does anyone have any suggestions for this
strange problem?  FYI - I have the noise blanker, antenna tuner, ssb, and
160 m modules installed as well.
