[Elecraft] Changing from 17m to 15 on a K1

Hello Elecrafters,
    The K1 is my only real HF rig.  I took it to a fellow ham's house to
calibrate it.  He convinced me to switch from 17m to 15m.  I swapped out the
crystals, changed the menu for the third band and repeaked the filters but when
I tried to calibrate the display I could not.
    The display was around 15kHz off.  I kept hitting WPM + until it stopped.  I
can not go any higher and I am still 3kHz off.  Did I miss something in swapping
these two?  What else is there to do?  It worked fine for 17m (This is the 4
filter board).
    20m does not work.  Because 17m worked fine I thought the crystal for 20m
would be the culprit.  Now that I switched to 15m and can not calibrate the
display my confidence is shaken.  For 20m I get absolutely nothing, no band
noise at all, no change with or without an antenna, no change when rotating the
filter caps...
    I emailed elefcraft on Sunday to see if they thought a new crystal would fix
20m but now that I am having problems with 15 and 20 m I thought I would seek
the advice of this list.
