[Elecraft] KAT2 Question

Hello,
Today I will finish the KAT2 and put it in the K2. But there is a question.

On page 12 item 4 is written :
Secure the L-C board to the Control board standoffs using two 4-40 screws
and to #4 split lock washers. These lock washers go between the standoffs
and the PC board, not between the PC board and screws as on the control
board.

But the picture on page 6 shows me that the lockwasher is between the
control board and the standoff. Where is my failure ? What is the right
order?

I think the picture on page 6 is right and the other two split lock washer
goes between screw and top of the L-C board?

Is this right?
