[Elecraft] 2.5 filter mod

Just finished the filter mod and this is how it should have been done =
from the start. The dsp denoiser sounds much better with wider =
bandwidth. Not to mention transmit audio. Just set op1  and let your dsp =
handle the other bandwidths. Do it ! , you wont regret it. I just wish =
we had a few more poles on the op1 filter(10 poles) so we would have =
less ripple and steeper skirts. But like I said the dsp does the job. =20
