I'm about to head off deep into the British Columbia wilderness with my =
K1. (Bowron Provincial Park). This will be my first trip outside the =
U.S., and I know I need to sign as WA7URV/VE7. Does anyone know of a =
source for any other operating rules unique to Canada that I must =
follow? I would appreciate it.
I will be using a simple 33' end fed with a counterpoise, matched by the =
KAT1. I don't have a lot of capability for hauling much of anything =
else, but maybe someone has some cool ideas for antennas that I might =
try. (I'll be operating on 40, 20, 30, and 15, to determine the best =
propagation for getting out of glacial lake valleys. I'm thinking at =
this time of year, 30 might work the best, but not sure til I get there =
and try.)
Thanks, and 73!
Phil, WA7URV
