[Elecraft] K1: High SWR protection?

Hello,
     Long(ish) story short, I have a not-yet-tuned inverted-V dipole, and I'm wondering if the K1
has high SWR protection - if I could use the antenna untuned, and just expect less-than-great
transmitted power, until I get a chance to tune it, without hurthing the rig.
