[Elecraft] KAT100-1 with v.1.04 Chip

G'day,

Well, with the exception of the 160 metre amnesia my tuner is working
OK with v1.03 (?) firmware.

What I would like to know is the reason for the change in value of the
decoupling capacitors detailed in the latest errata.  Though I had a
downloaded copy of the errata, I didn't have all the necessary
components and as my KAT100 kit was sort of closed up and in transit
since late November or there abouts I didn't get the revised component
inventory.

No big deal but nice to know in case something odd starts happening.
