[Elecraft] Attachments

What's up with the attachments? I thought that the List 
wouldn't pass attachments and if it did there was a good 
chance that it was a virus! I checked them both with McAfee 
and they came back clean. What gives? 
 
With the digest Vol. 4 #37 , I received two attachments. One 
was a URL attachment for a web site "Dxtra Radio Control 
Software Home Page" (http://www.dxtra.com/accesory.html) 
which lists sterling silver rings/collars for the knobs on a 
couple of brands of radios and a second TXT (text) attachment 
containing messages 24 through 58!
 
And, to make matters more confusing, the digest Vol. 4 #37 was 
truncated at:
