[Elecraft] Bfo range low

Contact support@elecraft.com;  they've found that the last batch of
matched crystal sets weren't quite as wide as their original design sets. 
A cap on the bottom of the board solves the problem, but contact Gary at
support before you do this to get precise instructions.  I did this and he
helped me solve it.  I thought that they were going to post something on
the web page -- a builder alert or something -- but I don't see it up
there.
