[Elecraft] No TX on ssb

Do you have the microphone header jumpers in place?

I wonder what I am missing here?  I just put the KS2B module in and
connected the MH2 mic.  Solder points look good and I followed the
troubleshooting steps in the ssb adapter manual.  Checking the DC
voltages on the ssb module with the DMM on both RX & TX the voltages are
within the proper ranges.  No power out on ssb only.  Troubleshooting
tips at the Elecraft website - "no TX power out?  Make sure C167 (RF) is
installed." However in the manual for the ssb adapter C167 is removed.

Any ideas on what the problem might be?
