Actually I would wonder if some portion of the rig thinks that it is in
XIT/RIT or SPLIT even though you say that you have them all off.  The rig's
problem could be that one of these is partially on.  Adjust the XIT/RIT
control to both extremes to see if that makes a difference.  Change the
values in A/B and see if that makes a difference.  If none of those changes
the offset then I expect that I am wrong.  However, if one of these does
change the offset, then you have something to chase.
