[Elecraft] TX/RX Discrepancy

Thanks Lyle;  no its SSB, I didn't really expect C22 Call PLL Cal FIL to 
have any effect, but I zeroed it in to a known source anyway.  I can't 
for the life of me see why there should be an offset when using SSB! 
No XIT/RIT or split enabled.
