[Elecraft] TX/RX Discrepancy

Hi Guys,
I am currently setting up the filters on an early (ish) K2 #1330 
recently acquired by a friend.  Whilst doing this I have found that the 
Tx and Rx frequencies are around 800 Hz apart (Tx high) and I have so 
far been unable to find the reason.  C22 adjustment for freq accuracy 
has no effect. I have trawled previous postings but can't find any 
reference to it.   I expect I'll find the cause eventually, but as I am 
not keen on re-inventing the wheel, has anyone a cure for this?
